DMCA Policy
Free To Play Game Economy Design respects the intellectual property rights of others and expects its users to do the same. In accordance with the Digital Millennium Copyright Act (DMCA), Title 17, United States Code, Section 512(c), we have implemented a policy for receiving written notification of claimed copyright infringement and for processing such claims in accordance with the law.
This policy describes the information that should be present in a DMCA infringement notice, how to submit it to Free To Play Game Economy Design, and what to do if you receive a notice and believe your content was wrongly removed.
Filing a DMCA Takedown Notice
If you believe that your copyrighted work has been copied in a way that constitutes copyright infringement and is accessible on the Free To Play Game Economy Design website or services, please notify our copyright agent by providing the following information:

Filing a DMCA Counter-Notification
If you believe that your content was removed or disabled by mistake or misidentification, you may send a counter-notification to Free To Play Game Economy Design. To be effective, a counter-notification must be a written communication provided to our copyright agent and include substantially the following:
- Your physical or electronic signature.
- Identification of the material that has been removed or to which access has been disabled and the location at which the material appeared before it was removed or access disabled (e.g., specific URLs).
- A statement under penalty of perjury that you have a good faith belief that the material was removed or disabled as a result of mistake or misidentification of the material to be removed or disabled.
- Your name, address, and telephone number.
- A statement that you consent to the jurisdiction of the Federal District Court for the judicial district in which your address is located, or if your address is outside of the United States, for any judicial district in which Free To Play Game Economy Design may be found, and that you will accept service of process from the person who provided the original DMCA notification or an agent of such person.
